"I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is centrally located, excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Room gets cleaned every day. Room is very airy and spacious. if anyone is looking for a view there isn't any. My room was looking out on small alleys, too close to the opposite building. I kept my curtains shut . However it didn't bother me because most of the time I was out. Bus "C6" (£3.85) to and from airoport is only 6 min walk. Bus station is only 18 minutes walk( i went to Murcia, very nice...

"Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"

"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

Great beachfront location in Valencia
"Great location, spacious hotel and rooms Beautiful grounds with lots of room to be able to relax Even when hotel was full it didn’t feel cramped. Only complaint I have is that tbe pool wasn’t heated. So for the month of May you can look at the water, maybe get in for a minute of two but you definitely can’t appreciate the water. Too bad since if it was even slightly heated I would give this place an extra star "
