"Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!"
"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing.
If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. "Det absoluta höjdpunkten var frukosten — den var super bra! Ett stort och generöst utbud med både varmt och kallt, färska råvaror och massor att välja mellan.
Personalen var vänlig och tillmötesgående, rummet var mysigt och rent, och som barnfamilj kände vi oss verkligen välkomna. Vi rekommenderar hotellet varmt och kommer gärna tillbaka!"
"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
