"Lovely big hotel, grand old wooden staircase and roofings. Big hotel but never felt over crowded plenty of room for everyone! Breakfast very good. Staff lovely, deluxe room was big and clean. The only downfall really was the shower never got hot, just lukewarm.Great quiet location, good bars and markets 10 mins walk. Beachfront, amazibg!"

"The prestige suite was extremely nice and the staff was amazing and constantly keeping everything spotless. If I had to criticize one thing it would be that three of the restaurants on site were way too creative trying to impress people with their skills rather than feed people that are hungry."

"The property is becoming dated the dining room is hot busy and disorganised. The saving grace for this hotel is the location and the magnificent views from the ocean view rooms level 5 where we always stay. The price is very reasonable for ocean view. The furniture in the dining area is outdoor plastic furniture and looks shabby. Anyway we will be back to take in those amazing sunsets from the balcony and to be treated like royalty by the amazing staff. House keeping rarely get a mention but...

"We had such a lovely stay at renaissance. The peace and serenity we experienced everymorning on our morning stroll through the garden was perfect , surrounded by birds, Butterflies and gecko's, it felt like paradise every single day.  our ocean view room felt like a tree house as it over looked the forest and sea, the beds were unbelivably comfortable, the bath tub was HUGE,  the food was delicious, especially the balinese food  which was nothing like we've ever tired.
