"Post storm staff failed to inform a.c wasn't working well, room was warm and smelled of mold. Room is dated and needs an upgrade as well as the bathroom. Additionally the towels and bath robes aren't soft at all. The Fitness center has old equipment and most weren't working well. The weights were dirty and there were no available paper towels or disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use. Staff were nice unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the property needing improvements. "

"本次入住1121 ，但房間的淋浴室，洗澡時會漏水到浴室的地板上，維修工程師很認真的修理，但應該是過於老舊而無法修好，後來幫我們換到1123號房間，但是淋浴室還是會有少許漏水的問題，另外也有浴缸水龍頭只有溫水沒有熱水狀況，這樣的住宿品質讓人感覺的困擾，白天遊玩後晚上回到房間卻不能好好休息⋯"
