"This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

"Our room was so well appointed- Italian linens, authentic Port Merion china for the tea service in the room and home made Welsh cakes! This small inn is so comfortable and conveniently located in an interesting community. Highly recommended. "
