"Room was very well maintained to a high standerd. room was small but this was ok as only ever used for a single guest. Breakfast cooked to order and was a generous portion. A good selection of evening meals cooked well and a reasonable price. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall would recommend and will hopefully stay again at some time. "

"This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

"1st time here but it won't be the last. Hosts Gareth and Rana were so welcoming and hospitable from the very start and throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is located in a peaceful location a short walk away from Betws-y-coed centre. We would highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you both for making our break so special."

"On a fairly quiet road junction, we did experience some road noise early in the morning. The carpark is rough. Staff made an effort to welcome us, offering fresh milk for the room and help with luggage. Rooms were clean but need some updating especially the TV which you couldn't keep plugged in if you wanted to boil a kettle. You have to move the bedside tables to access the sockets by the bed. "We had a lovely two night stay. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return."
