"The room has a musky and moldy bad smell. TV was not working properly. Did mention to staff about the smell, they offered 2 other rooms and all were equally smelly. Took one that I thought smell the least but turns out the whole night it just got worst. Sheets were very moist, so uncomfortable and smelly. "Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "
