"The hotel was amazing. I was afraid that I wouldn't find parking and they had ample parking available. The hotel was very clean, it felt like a warm and inviting environment. The front desk was extremely helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The Bad: The hotel failed to reply to multiple Expedia messages regarding a ferry terminal pickup. Communication is paramount. Because of this silence, my wife and I had to walk half a mile at 9:40 PM from the furthest pier, tired and carrying heavy luggage in an unfamiliar city.

"This is a superb hotel. Staff mostly helpful and friendly. A good and varied selection at breakfast. The pools are good, especially the rooftop one. It would have been nice to have longer opening hours.
What was a bit odd, was there was no balcony furniture. I asked about it and told it was available on request, so I requested it on day 2 of the holiday and told it would be put there during the day but it never appeared.
