"We booked a room with business lounge access but the lounge is not open yet. Very disappointing. Be warned. These rooms should not be sold until it opens. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel. Rooftop restaurant is very good. Pool is not heated though. "

"Location is on the square so our driver called the hotel to have the bellman come and get our luggage. He came running down the street and then walked us back to our hotel. Hotel is quaint old school with fancy woodwork everywhere. A gem in Quito. Highly recommended. "

"Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...
