"One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Exceptional room, clean quiet and comfortable . The staff were amazing and willing to help with any problem—there was a pillow concierge! "Great location, staff are super nice Some suggestions but nothing that has spoiled our experience - breakfast mushrooms always tasted of vinegar, vegetarian meals need a bit of focus/care. On our second week the hotel was deluged by young children which spoiled the harmony and we were surprised that the adult pool area had also been taken over so we didn't use the pool that week. Hotel close to all bars and restaurants and parking was easy "

"Second time staying at the hotel and had an even better experience this time round. Room upgraded on arrival and excellent service from start to finish. Splash park is a great addition and is away from the busy pool area meaning it is a lot quieter. I would definitely say that this hotel is a good option for all but would especially recommend for young families. Thank you to the staff for providing such a great experience!"
