"فندق رائع من جميع النواحي لن تندم يستحق الاقامه فيه عند زياره تشيناي"

"The staff were not responsive to requests. My light flashed on in the night numerous times. The plan had been to sleep well before flight. It was not possible and no response for help."

"Good location, grand hotel but the service members should be a bit more personable with visitors. They are formal but that making visitors feel special is a quality that needs developed more. "Bathrooms are small and cramped. No hot water in shower after about 10:00 AM."

"Room very comfortable. Loved the bed, incredible sheets. The spa is amazing and I had the best massage of my life. Gym is quite good too. I got frustrated at the main restaurant a couple of times. When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel"

"Towels and blankets in the room were very limited. We booked an appointment with the onsite spa which was very delayed and kept us waiting for 45 minutes."

"Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants."
