"I had no plans in Sanremo, took a train from Cannes. I didn’t realize the hotel was far from the station so I had to take a taxi. Very nice property, I stayed in annex building in a single room. What stood out was the impeccable customer service and helpful staff. From bellmen to the check in and waitstaff. Extra amenities in room that many hotels as of late skimp on including dental kit, mouth wash and even an intamacy wash. Month of May in Italian Riviera is extremely sunny than expected so...

"Run down hotel. Some staff incredibly rude and unpleasant. Properly lacks management. It’s more like a glorified camping than a luxury property. I believe Sanremo has better value elsewhere…I would avoid."
