"Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view. Clean, amazing"

"The staff was so courteous and accommodating they made our stay so memorable. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area."

"Our two night stay at MGallery was very luxurious. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and also made some fantastic recommendations for dinner in town and sightseeing around the area. We used the pool facility which was very grand and beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here for the amenities and convenience of location."

"Comfortable hotel with great view and courteous staff."

"Great stay. Good food"

"Good location but a little walk up the hill. Cute clean place with great staff, great view, and good daily breakfast also. Would stay again."

Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

"There is no sound insulation at all, and the most shocking thing is that morning coffee is not free."

"I really wanted to like this place. Staff was trying their best. I found an open condom wrapper and an unused condom still in the wrapper between my mattress and the bed frame. Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats. The whole village is incredibly dirty with trash everywhere. I’m not...
