"We paid a lot of money for a supposedly 5* room but we’re not allowed to use the pool (even though there was nowhere stating it wasn’t included in our reservation). The toilet leaked and the sink leaked and the property was dated. The beds were comfortable though. Staff rushed to help Asian travellers but not us and it felt like they were more interested in the tour groups than us. It was helpful to leave our luggage and the luggage staff were helpful. "객실 문이 제대로 닫히지 않아 두세번씩 닫아야해서 밤새 이방, 저방 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 리모델링이 잘못된 듯 합니다. 웨스틴 조선호텔은 그럼에도 아주 좋은 인상을 남겼는데, 우선 주차장에서 안내 해 주시는분이 친절하셨습니다. 또한 클럽라운지에서 뵌 연륜이 있어보이는 듯한 두 분께 감사와 존경의 마음을 전하고자 합니다. 그 분들의 모습에는 자연스럽고 진실된 서비스가 보였습니다. 젊은 직원들은 손님이 들어가도 멀뚱멀뚱보거나, 컴퓨터를 보면서 손님에게 인사를 하는것과는 매우 달랐습니다. 이런분들은 한국에서 조선호텔서울이나 서울의 플라자호텔, 신라호텔내지 소공동 롯데호텔의 경험많으신 분들만이 가지시는 품격입니다. 아무리 최신이고, 고급호텔을 표방한다해도 이런 분들이 계시지않는호텔은 가지않아야겠다는 결심을 다시 했습니다. 감사합니다."

"The staffs are all very helpful, friendly, accommodating. We got upgraded to a family suite without us asking for an upgrade. The lovely lady at the front desk ( i forgot her name unfortunately) was very nice. I will definitely come back here next time we're in busan. Highly recommended.
