Beautiful house and location. The breakfast was great. I had the French toast both day. Our hosts were friendly and gave us some good tips. The house is in the country so you have to drive a few miles to the closest restaurants.

We had a great stay, staff were amazing and the restaurant was great. Would stay here again.

Clean room

Just to name a few of Bay Cottages charms. This was the most delightful stay i can remember. The wonderful meals prepared by Elizabeth deserve their own rating system. We loved them and you'll leave the table both full and looking forward to the next meal. The rooms were very comfortable, it was all i could do to drag my wife out of the bed to go sightseeing. I'd give it 6 stars if i could.

Great Inn, we highly recommend. The staff made it all the more pleasant from our arrival to our departure. Would definitely stay again!

This was a two-night visit full of lovely surprises, beginning when the SatNav sat down late in the evening and our hostess, Margo, drove out to rescue us in the dark and lead us 'home'. Next morning, after a great night's sleep, we both found a beautiful fresh fruit cocktail awaiting us when we arrived at the breakfast table. This property was beautiful and exactly what I needed to get away for a week in July. I got the most inexpensive room and it had a smart tv, spacious shower, very comfortable queen bed with flat sheet and fluffy duvet/comforter and comfy pillows, small library, electric tea kettle, tea cups with spoon and saucer, instant coffee and tea with milk and sugar, space heater, and hair dryer. It also had a beautiful courtyard with colorful flowers. Will return in the future.

Lovely staff, large rooms, comfortable and clean beds, great atmosphere in a fantastic location within walking distance of all the sites. I’d happily stay there again, although the great atmosphere does mean it’s a bit dated, there are lots of stairs and the elevator wasn’t working when I was there. From the minute my husband and I walked in, the service and hospitality was great. The lady at the front desk (I forget her name) accommodated us with a room that had a few steps since my husband walked with a cane. The Bistro, restaurant and bar were great.
