"Very nice, new and clean hotel. Everyone was helpful and we had no issues during our stay. We were allowed to check in 3 hours before and had a high floor as I requested. The pool area and gym were amazing. Very close to the subway and plenty of good restaurants around. My only complaint would be everything at the hotel from food, mini bar and any other amenities are over priced. "

"Wonderful stately hotel building and excellent servicel. Staff were friendly, polite and efficient. We had a very comfortable stay with our dog in the Park area of the hotel. The swimming pool and spa area was lovely and the grounds around the hotel are of outstanding beauty. We ate at the Brasserie in the stable block. The food was delicious although quite pricey."
