"Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel, we were a family group travelling with a 2year old in the group & every small detail to accommodate the whole group were met. Every staff member without exception always greeted us with a smile & were always very helpful. The hotel is very clean in all areas. There is a great choice of restaurants & poolside drinks/food. "Santiburi in Koh Samui is one of the best hotels we have stayed. The staff are super friedly and helpful, the manager present and helpful, the hotel is in an amazing state and the rooms were wide and spacious. The food selection at the 2 restaurants was good, but the quality and the taste of the food was fantastic! The pool could be a bit cooler but that's also a symptom of the weather conditions.
