"The Hotel was great, the front counter guy was awesome. With that said the housekeeper must have let the suite next door slam shut while she was cleaning about 20-25 times. We even asked her to please put the cart in the way to keep the door opened while she cleaned. But didn’t. As we were taking a much needed nap after traveling. Also the swim up bar allows toddlers to play on the barstools. So not exactly adult time for others without kids."

The property is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well, and the overall ambiance is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, my experience was overshadowed by one major issue.
