"Hotel is currently under construction that was moderately disruptive. Plus the property next door was under construction and they used a VERY loud pile driver all day that was right outside my window. Thursday night was some kind of party with a band and amateur fireworks that kept me up. Hotel restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast buffet also terrific. Probably 2 dozen restaurants within walking distance as was the very long and very safe malecon. Felt very safe in the area. "

Cabs are easily available and the hotel also provides reliable and clean private transportation. This hotel property is an old building in the middle of the town and is beautifully maintained. "Construction was underway during my stay at this property. I did not appreciate the front desk staff nor the check in experience. The room was really cold. Overall, I did not feel welcomed here and would certainly not recommend any friend to stay at this hotel."
