"The food was always good. FYI the bar only has beer, wine, gin and vodka included. So if you like rum or tequila drinks, you could have to pay. They don’t clean your room automatically, you must request it, or put out the door hanger. I recommend getting the foam Turkish bath. It’s a cool experience. We were there at off- peak season, so it was empty. But I could imagine that when it is summer the place would really come alive with lots of activities. One thing that drove us a little crazy:...

"We were greeted at the Entrance and checked in with the help of the customer service team. All went smoothly and shown up to our rooms. Extra duvet was requested and the sorted promptly. Stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5. Beach clean and tidied daily, pool areas the same. Entertainment team were brilliant and all spoke English.
