When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. "Booked the room for my husband and 2 kids for the RAK half marathon. The room was a decent size and location was good for the race. I booked a one bedroom suite. I asked at check in if the couch in the room pulled out into a bed and was told yes. This was not true. Ok. so asked for an extra bed and for extra linen for the couch. I didn't mind paying for the extra bed but the F.D staff tried to tell me that my two children could just sleep together in the single extra bed and didn't want to give...
