"Due to a HK policy of no use of plastic - there was no water in the room which if you come in late after a long travel day and wake up and need water there is nothing. They need to put in place a system that other hotels use which is to use reusable glass bottles and have an on-site UV water purifier."

The hotel was very clean, in an excellent location, close to two subway lines and the pier for the Hong Kong skyline and the pool had great views of the harbour. The room was clean and a good size for Hong Kong standards. They provided something thoughtful for the nightly turndown, whether a moisturizer or a spray to help with the jet lag. We had the breakfast buffet and there was a wide selection of Asian and Western options...

This is also the worst Sheraton I have ever stayed world wide, worst than the one in Palo Alto. The hotel is old. Room amenities was bare minimum, no nespresso or coffee machine.
