"We checked in, the room smelled like cigarettes, they did move us after telling us they upgraded us to a smaller room. Also, they did not tell us that their sports facility which included the kids pool was closed for renovation. I was very disappointed with the service. "

It is in the old town that seems like it is pedestrian only. It was VERY nerve-racking driving down those streets packed with people to get there. Once there, it was ideal."

"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "
