"Incredible customer service, with amazing food in the restaurants and a really nice swimming pool area. Also the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like a new person afterwards! Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, makes this a convenient place to stay , but also feel nicely away from the city. There is a train station opposite with very cheap tickets to travel around (compared to UK prices), much cheaper than getting a taxi. Only downside is most of the hotel has really nice smells,...

"We stayed at the Swiss Luxury Apartments for the start of our honeymoon for four nights. The location is really good a block or two from Lake Geneva and the staff were very friendly, the apartment itself was very comfortable with a wonderful bed. It wasn’t perfect, for a very expensive hotel there were issues, the hot water isn’t nearly hot enough, we had a cushion with a tear, we were promised a daily gift but these didn’t all arrive. "Fantastic gem in the heart of Geneva. Our original booking for another hotel got cancelled so we stumbled across this property as an alternative and we are so happy we did! Such a lovely surprise to find this accommodation that straddles the best of both a hotel and private apartment in the old town. Location, decor and amenities were fantastic plus the service and staff were so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer! "
