"An all-star hotel in every aspect."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"

"Would 100% stay here again! We did 4 nights and upon check-in we were offered the crown services package, an extra €20 per person per night for unlimited soft drinks, alcohol, own private area and late check-out. It was a no brainer and 100% worth it. Staff were amazing, food was great, hotel immaculate! Loved the fact that it was adults only too, super relaxing break and we will definitely book again!"
