Easy check-in and nicely appointed room, the bed was cozy and the shower was nice and hot. I didn't opt for breakfast but would probably recommend it, not too many places open in the morning around there, but plenty of bars and restaurants in the evening. Staff was super welcoming and gave me a glass of prosecco and potato chips on arrival, and speaking English was no problem for the staff I interacted with. Highly recommended!

Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

stayed at Agra ...it was great, actually Biagio and his staff were Great!
--My arrival was after hours, around 11:30pm, so I reached out to Biagio (whom actually reached out prior asking if i needed anything before my arrival)
to confirm someone would be there to check me into my room after hours.
Biagio made sure someone was there, actually at the front door waiting for me, perfecto!
-- He also arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport, which i said yes to... was easy, quick & hassle...

The staff was so kind and very helpful. David greeted us when we arrived and he was very concerned that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed meeting Dolly, the tenant turtle. We were amazed at the beautiful spread for breakfast. The ladies were so concerned if we had everything we needed. Felt very cared for. Highly recommend!

Great place with friendly staff, modern rooms, and amazing breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I would also highly recommend the massage service. Andrea, the massage therapist comes to your room and gives wonderful massages to help you relax and unwind after a long day of walking around town. Must try!

We really enjoyed staying here, Gabriele and his wife are absolutely wonderful. Naples takers some time to get used to so please don’t do anything or go anywhere until you talk with Gabriele who will gladly show you how to get around on map. Communication and breakfast were outstanding.

For me and my husband property was very convenient because we wanted to be close to the stadium.
If you’re not there for a game than its better to get hotel near the sea.
stuff was very nice. Hotel is brand new and everything is high tech)) room service was done everyday. Rooms are really soundproof.

We used METRO (a 5 to 10 minute walk to the Museo stop), taxis, ferries, and trains for our transportation. Claudio, the owner was very helpful in explaining how to get around. In addition, he would book our taxis and they would be waiting for us at the scheduled time. The night before, we would tell him what time we wanted breakfast...
