"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."

"The facilities are great. The doors are paper thin. If you are on the 4th floor and someone in the 8 floor closes their door you can hear it as if it was next door. The front desk workers couldn’t help, they claim the entire building is like that. Really sad for such an otherwise nice hotel."
