"Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. "Amazing hotel right by the slopes. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The restaurant is fabulous with a great menu that is executed well. The staff are wonderful and attentive. The spa is perfect for post-ski relaxation. The only feedback I would give is that service on the terrace and bar could’ve been a little more frequent. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family coming to the area."
