It was all very clean and new inside, the hosts were friendly and welcoming, breakfast delicious, and I liked the location and nearby walk along the River Stour: beautiful trees and meadows! Room very warm and difficult to cool even with supplied fan. Quite a tricky exit/entrance from main road depending on time of day. Staff lovely and made to feel welcome during the stay. Good value for the room chosen and overall a good experience."
