"Has the potential to be a great hotel. Unfortunately the fact children aren't permitted in the pool or spa area at all wasn't detailed on the listing, nor was the fact families can book executive lounge access but children aren't permitted in said executive lounge after 5pm. So we paid a premium for facilities we ultimately can't use at all. I understand people want to relax and not all places will accommodate children as a result, I totally get it. "We had a wonderful stay! The property was excellent, beautifully maintained, and in a great location—convenient to everything we needed. The staff was exceptional: warm, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everything came together to make this a terrific experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This Hotel is a Gem! The location is perfect, close enough to hop on and off the train but also taken just outside of all the hustle and bustle. The amenities were phenomenal and the staff can’t be compared to any other."

"Tudo estava muito bom porém a internet é ruim, ficou fora do ar por 1 dia"

"Amazing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great location. Was able to drop off luggage earlier than check-in, allowing us to explore before our room was available. Zero complaints. 10/10 experience with this hotel."

"Absolutely beautiful establishment with hotel amenities all day long. The gardens were beautiful and peaceful, the eel restaurant was phenomenal, and my room was absolutely quiet and beautiful. I would stay here 100 times again."

"Great old time hotel. Beautiful garden. Were large room well appointed. It is so good to be able to open a window. Good size (like full) 2 beds, excellent mattress. Bathroom is great even by Japanese standards. Spa treatments definitely a plus. Terrific stuff, competent and eager to help. Restaurant was ok. Bus stop was across the street."

"Not bad. Good room size and view. Now that I’m at another 5 star hotel in Tokyo I can see the value of The Grand Prince Hotels."
