"I'll be honest: the hotel has a great location, beautiful views, and is generally clean and well maintained. The complimentary water station, apples, and cookies in the lobby were thoughtful touches and appreciated. That said, for a property advertised as a five-star hotel, the overall experience fell well short of expectations. We found crumbs left on the table in our room upon arrival, and the carpets throughout the hotel looked worn and questionable. In my opinion, this hotel would be closer...

"Runsas ja monipuolinen sekä herkullinen aamiainen, ystävällinen henkilökunta, mukavat sängyt, kahvikone huoneessa, toimiva ilmastointi, pieni mutta tunnelmallinen spa osasto. Ainoa mikä helteillä puuttui oli ulkoallas. Chocolate hourin suklaaputouksen suklaa oli suussa sulavaa. Harmi, ettei sitä ollut aamiaisella tarjolla (tai ehkä hyvä niin :D). Ihana hotelli, johon palaamme varmasti uudestaan mikäli Tallinnassa uudestaan vierailemme."

"A very quaint 23 room hotel in the old city. Charming hotel with very friendly staff who were most helpful and always cheerful. They serve a nice breakfast as well with many choices on the menu. The restaurant Stenhus is very nice with high quality food. Overall a very pleasant stay in a great location in the old city."
