The attention to detail from management and staff is incredible and gets better every year. It is clear that the hotel seeks to A special mention for a number of people. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Julia in the restaurant is so pleasant and helpful. Clara/Jessica/Valentina in reception are so accommodating. "Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. None of these things stopped us from having an excellent time and we would love to come back! Fantastic facilities and exceptionally positioned on the lake (not too far from picturesque Limone town)."
