"We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the ITC with friends. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend ITC. Here are some of our thoughts: - The hotel was lovely, an extensive resort filled with natural beauty and plenty of grounds to wander through. - The beach is gorgeous with soft, powdery sand and lots of space. "Can't fault the staff or service, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. We arrived to toothpaste splatters on the bathroom walls, spills on the cabinets and greasy prints on the doors. The staff were very kind and responsive to the request for extra cleaning however. We did also have issues with the shower not sealing properly at the bottom so the bathroom floor would flood whenever we used it. All the grout was mouldy and leaking.
