"I paid my reservation in full prior. to my stay. They put a $200 hold on a credit card for incidentals of which the total of my incidentals were $346, but for some reason they authorized several charges, totaling over $1200, and they can’t tell me why! Extremely frustrated, I will never stay at a Fairmont hotel again."
