Service is what’s lacking compared with many other five-star hotels. For example, check-in upon our late-night arrival was delayed due to a lack of staff. Busy and perhaps a bit overhyped, it felt more transactional than like a hotel that prioritizes personalized relationships."

"El alojamiento está céntrico es un punto a favor. Por el contrario en la habitación hacia mucha calor,fuimos en Junio, la ventana se abría muy poquito y no entraba aire, no se podía descansar bien. Al llegar te dan una bolsita con las sabanas y toalla para que te hagas tu la cama cuando llegas y luego quitar las sábanas para irte. La habitación para 4 personas era muy pequeña, nada por supuesto de tv. Solo las camas y un bañito pequeño, muy básico todo."
