"Beautiful room, great view, excellent service from the staff "

"We had a wonderful stay at Cicioso for two nights. Staff was great. Beautiful room with terrace overlooking the courtyard. Very clean, quiet and centrally located. Small lounge upstairs allowed another lovely area to watch tv or play dominoes that were provided. Outdoor pool was closed but looked extremely welcoming. Dario gave us a quick history of the gorgeous building and its recent restoration from home to hotel. He also suggested restaurants and day trips. We definitely recommend this...

"We stayed at the Sao Lourenco do Barrocal in November and it was the highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived we were met with incredible concierge service to help plan our weekend and show us our incredible suite. We did a winemaking tour and class along with an olive oil making and class as well as Pilates and all three were great! I am blanking on the instructor names but each were incredibly knowledgeable and we felt spoiled each leg. The food in the restaurant was also incredible....
