A special thank you to Derek who looked after us when we arrived at the hotel & booked our table for dinner. "It’s very nice hotel as a location near of the famous shopping street Grafton, very nice staff and good hospitality, hope at next trip find coffee machine in the rooms "

"Not 5 star but pleasant although lobby and sitting areas and guest rooms are bit dated and tired. Pool wasn’t as nice as the photos shown on expedia and too many screaming children and changing room smelled like a toilet so we passed. Slow service at the bar we had to flag a waiter down. Breakfast buffet average not the best quality. Food in the garden room was good but overall we would not go back it wasn’t relaxing or luxurious also there were too many loud babies and toddlers"
