Beautiful pool was closed due to Bangalore water restrictions (I was warned when I made my reservation). "Good hotel, probably nicer than we needed for the time we spent there. Only had breakfast one day due to leaving early the other days, but the selection was pretty good. Room was nice with a decent shower, however the power sockets oddly didn't all fit the Indian plugs we had. Light switches were also a bit overcomplicated. "

The property is beautiful and very flexible for meetings and events. I had an event in the Saffron restaurant and the Service Staff and food was exceptional. "My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel"
