"Everything is an extra cost. Breakfast is limited. Rooms have sand in and on arrival. No facilities to shower in after checkout. We were also not told about bug spray being an extra charge - we were STUNG badly at checkout. The guy who showed us to our room said it was all complementary on the coffee table … it’s not."

They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but...

"The staff were some of the the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with when traveling. This says a lot as I travel half the year. The food and drinks at the restaurants was wonderful. The one thing I will point out is that the hotel owners need to work on updating broken patio furniture and the hotel as a whole.
