"Gorgeous hotel with a lovely pool separate one for adults, which was appreciated. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of choice. Plenty of underground parking and you can also park outside on the street. Easy to find, just off the motorway. Room was spacious and had a little mini fridge. Supermarket nearby too. 10 mins easy walk to Port of Mogan."
"The room was spotless,well furnished with a decent size balcony.
Toiletries are provided however although there was a fridge it was not a mini bar and no bottled water was provided.
Every member of staff were friendly and helpful.
There are 3 separate pools plus a baby/small children pool.
There are numerous sun beds available however more sun umbrellas would improve the experience and some certainly need upgrading.
Breakfast was excellent,wide and varied choice.

"The highlights of our stay were definitely the food, with both breakfast and dinner being excellent. The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time.
The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests.
The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone...

"Arrived on late Thursday morning on 14th May. Stood outside for 6 minutes before the virtual receptionist let us in. We had to wait till approximately 2.30 to get into our room. The resort was not busy so cannot see why we couldn’t have obtained our room earlier. "There isn’t much luxury, this is no where near five star standards. My average nightly rate was €160 per night.
The rooms / apartments are very spacious, but are really starting to feel tired and need someTLC.
My main issue was that the shower didn’t drain effectively, which caused the whole bathroom and part of the hallway to flood.
I sent an email am to ask for it to be addressed, the sent a maintenance person in the next morning, however no change.
Housekeeping mentioned that maintenance...
