"Great hotel and the hotel stay is not expensive considering the area. It's one of the nicer areas. My only complaint is the prices in the hotel are about double what you pay at local stores. I would buy more at the hotel if they dropped the prices. But you are paying for convience I guess."

"Our room was not ready at check in and it was not quickly ready either. Also, we stayed at the clan tower and it needs serious help. It’s dated with mildewed walls and bathrooms and decor that feels like it’s half trashed. Decorative lights in our room were broken and it just felt like it needs some help. The staff are lovely! The club food was ok. Nothing great though. The hot tub was also broken and the tiles are half missing. Basically this hotel wants to be luxury - but it’s not!!! ...
