"The hotel is walkable to shopping, old town, and central train station. There are convenient store and grocery near by. The breakfast options were great and the room was comfortable. There are 3 minor feedback: (i) the pillows are way too soft (should have 1 or 2 mid - firm pillows), (ii) there’s only one option to turn on/off lights (should have different switches for certain areas), (iii) the rooftop bar is lovely but the plants are blocking the view of the beautiful city / old town (unless...

"This hotel was a wonderful place to stay especially if you are on a cruise because of the close proximity to the port we just rolled our bags over. The food is wonderful although simple for breakfast and the front desk people are full of helpful suggestions for pasta laces to eat. The only problem we had was the a/c had not been turned on yet in Mid May and with windows open and a fan in the room it was very difficult to sleep. The bed was comfortable but too humid for a good nights sleep"

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"wonderful hotel right in the middle of old town Ljubljana, close to everything. Helpful staff, first class rooms, super breakfast. Yes, it's expensive, but really worth it!"
