"Entire break was excellent. Let down by queuing for breakfast at Steak on Six as they looked under staffed. Made all meal bookings at reception when checking in but first nights meal at Pad was not in their system. They were full so squeezed us into a table but not what you would expect. "Nice big room, comfy bed, great view, but one major issue. I booked a suite with its own lounge, had floor to ceiling windows on two sides. Unfortunately, on arrival the room was like an oven, the aircon in the bedroom worked well, but in lounge did nothing. "Beautiful place, decor is lovely, large bedrooms, everything is so clean and well kept. Food in the bar and breakfast was lovely, veggie options are good. Staff are very friendly, especially stephen at the bar and Cameron on reception. This is our third time visiting Lanelay hall and will definitely be back. We especially like the Tribe spa area, outdoorpool was lovely and the inside pool is decorated lovely, relaxing music, scent and atmosphere. "

"One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated.
