"Alles war perfekt"

"Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh...

"Das Hotel selbst ist sauber, das Zimmer hingegen wurde schlecht gereinigt. Der Hotelstrand ist toll und das Hotel gut gelegen. Es handelt sich um eine eher neue Unterkunft. Das Personal war freundlich und die Speisen am Buffet von guter Qualität."

"Room The room was overall clean, however there were a couple of spiders and mold in a corner that slightly affected the experience. Staff The staff was polite and hardworking. No complaints at all. Breakfast Very good breakfast including fresh fruits. Pool Decent size, regularly cleaned, located in a beautiful hillside with great views of the aegean."

We asked if our teenager could use spa pool at 2pm but was told no. We checked the spa pool three times that afternoon and it was...

"Lovely hotel just a 20 minute walk from the beach/ town. Room was very clean."
