"The hotel location is great if you’re going to a concert at Shoreline. Super easy to walk to and from and not deal with traffic. The rooms are comfortable and the food at the restaurant is decent. This was our second time staying here and I have to say that we dealt with more issues that seem to be staff not paying attention than anything else. When we checked in, we were given keys that had the entirely wrong room number and floor on them. We made it to the room for the keys to not work, and...

"Parking is a bit pricey and it would be nice if there was at least a discount for overnight guests. Appreciate that there are plenty of water fountains to fill your own bottle with filtered water. Room was clean and very pretty, bathroom was humongous. Pool area was well maintained but there were not enough sun chairs for everyone on Saturday afternoon. This is the perfect little resort to come for a whole family wellness trip to swim, exercise and eat well."

"Beer garden trailer was really fun, Nate was a great host, Goat restaurant excellent and you are able to dine with dog, grounds beautiful, pool fun with floats, grounds are super clean, room is also fun and decorations are cool"

"The room was dark not bright and airy like the pics in the website . The paint color was a dark grey. The person that checked me in said he would wave the fee for having my puppy with me but the website said theres no fee for my pet ,so he really wasnt doing me a favor. Beautiful hotel lobby and entrance but the room wasnt what I expected at all. The Four Seasons in San Francisco was gorgeous this one in Palo Alto didnt meet my expectations"

"It's literally just North of the 580, with several shops and conveniences nearby, which made everything easy during my stay. The owner is super responsive which was nice as a very late arrival. The house it outlined with lighting, also making it nice for a late arrival. It feels safe and well-kept, Overall a comfortable and convenient place to stay in."
