"This place is fraudulently listed as 2 bedrooms, It is 1 bedroom. Upon arrival with 5 people, I let both property and expedia know this was listed wrong, and if they could move us. After 2 days and 5 hours on phone we decided to leave as the couches the adults were sleeping on were over 20years old and caused injuries. The pillows and blankets are filthy with numerous blood stains. we filed claim against them for no help to get out of this problem. "

"Really liked being out in the woods by the creak, although the mosquitoes had a feast. Bed was really comfortable and helped us both with our sleep.. We liked the his and hers bathrooms and the fabulous shower..we never got to use the bath and only used the hottub once during our stay., but found it very relaxing. Had to call in at the agents as both smoke alarms were sounding due to low battery. The agent got someone out the same day to correct this, cant fault them."

"The property was exactly what we hoped it would be for our family Christmas trip! Clean and cozy, we loved the hot tub and three levels for our grown family, and so close to downtown Gatlinburg. The view from the cabin was amazing - you could see every holiday light below on the streets and the skybridge. We also saw bears several times on the drive up to the cabin!"

"Didn’t provide anything to make coffee, no trash bags to clean up. Only 1 washing pos for the laundry. Cobwebs everywhere as if no one’s been there in months. No salt or pepper or anything to help cook other than pots and pans. Roaches here n there. "

"It was a great family place. The kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher. Also, couldn’t find a frying pan so we bought one at local grocery store. Other than that is it was great! Would stay again. "
