We were disappointed in the local touring reservations made by the front desk to visit key landmarks in Barcelona. The front desk was not helpful in helping us planning our day- we missed 2 tour completely and when we asked the front desk to pass along our issues to the hotel director it seemed as though they ignored passing along our concerns. "Gorgeous hotel, looks brand new. Multiple pools so there’s a place for families who have children and then an adult pool. Nice bar outside which serves cocktails. Room was clean and modern, nice sea view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with bookings and recommendations. Sometimes bathrooms of a hotel this size are outdated but this was modern and looked recently refurbished. It is about €10 taxi for a trip in to town. The breakfast was superb, 5* in such an idyllic setting. "
