"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was safely stored when we checked out. The room was tidy and had a nice bathroom. Included in the room was a kettle and a nice selection of coffee and tea. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty food including a full cooked breakfast, omelettes, toasties and smoked salmon bagels. The hotel is close to North Bay beach, Peasholm Park, Scarborough Castle, South Bay Beach, the North Bay Miniature Railway and Sealife Scarborough...

"Nobody at property on arrival, place locked up in darkness and nobody answering the phone. left several voicemails but to date (5 days later) still no response. Worst holiday experience we have ever had; long distance travelled to find no accommodation. Not what you need after a long day and the stress of having to find an alternative place to stay in the middle of half term week and everywhere else is fully booked."
