The front desk team, food service workers, spa, housekeepers and Tuk Tuk drivers were so over-the-top nice. "2 negatives: worst Wi-Fi i have had in my 2 month journey through 4 countries. Tons of TV channels but could only hear about 5 of them on full volume. Passive Positives: great staff, AC is too good, refreshing pool, great location to start tours, good options for breakfast, and walking distance to pub street, the river, and national university. Probably would not stay again, the poor internet is a deal breaker. "

"We love the place right away. The staff was very friendly, attentive and caring. They really wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The room was big, a king sized bed with a balcony and a partial view to the pool. Food was excellent. There is not much to do in the area around the hotel. We stayed there because it was a 20-25 drive to Angkor Wat and the rest of the temples. "
