The resort was beautiful, the scenery was unreal, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming going above and beyond for all our needs. "Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. The front desk staff were nonchalant, unhelpful, and slow. They also provided incorrect information, which caused unnecessary frustration.

"We're glad to just stayed for one night to this hotel (originally planning to stay for two nights but they don't have extra room the next day). Start with the check in staff cant find our reservation so we have to wait until ok. They want us to pay $5 extra to check in early as we arrived 1:15 pm. We wait for 2 pm.
